Sr. Business Analyst (Hybrid - Edgewood, NY or Boston, MA)

Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to manage fund and ETF proxy campaigns and help clients secure shareholder votes. This role combines solicitation strategy, ownership and voting analysis, cost management, and client service. The analyst partners with the lead Project Manager (PM), using campaign data to recommend actions as the campaign progresses. The PM serves as the primary voice to the client, while the analyst actively participates in client discussions and provides data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust solicitation strategies using shareholder ownership data, vote status, and campaign results to identify where outreach is needed.
• Monitor campaign progress, recommend next steps, and coordinate solicitation activities with the lead PM and operational teams.
• Use Excel and the mainframe-based Proxy Plus system to analyze data, track results, and prepare campaign reporting.
• Participate in regular client calls to discuss campaign status, planned activities, risks, and recommended changes in approach.
• Monitor costs to date and manage solicitation activity against the campaign budget; identify and escalate potential cost or schedule issues.
• Help ensure client requirements are understood and contracted service levels and performance measures are monitored and met.
• Review service metrics and reporting, resolve complex issues through analysis and sound judgment, and serve as a resource to less-experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience in business analysis, client service delivery, campaign management, or a related area.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret multiple data sources and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Experience managing work against schedules, budgets, service commitments, and client expectations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to explain complex findings and build consensus with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently, apply best practices, and collaborate across project and operational teams.
• Experience with fund or ETF proxy campaigns and Proxy Plus is relevant to the role.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $110,000.
