Senior Product Manager

In this role, you’ll help shape product and pricing outcomes that strengthen one of TAL’s most important partnerships and support the long-term value we create for members. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
In this role you will:
- Shape product strategies that support profitability, sustainability and stronger member outcomes.
- Maintain clear product documentation that strengthens tenders, proposals and partner confidence.
- Negotiate complex agreements that support compliant, commercially sound client partnerships.
- Monitor market, competitor and portfolio insights to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Lead product enhancements that simplify processes and improve the partner and member experience.
- Influence stakeholders to support compliant change and effective product decision-making.
- Bring a tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, business or a related discipline.
- Apply product development or opportunity assessment experience in financial services.
- Use life insurance product knowledge to interpret terms, conditions and pricing approaches.
- Apply strong analytical thinking to support practical, evidence-based product decisions.
- Understand compliance and legislative requirements that shape good product outcomes.
- Communicate clearly through technical documentation, presentations and stakeholder discussions.
