Sigma Software Project Manager (AI Solutions Rollout)

Lead end-to-end delivery of conversational AI and digital transformation projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technical domains
Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate pilot rollouts across multiple business units and locations
Facilitate communication between central and local stakeholders
Monitor project progress, delivery KPIs, and business impact
Organize workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings
Ensure transparent reporting and proactive issue resolution
Support Agile delivery processes and maintain execution focus
Drive project delivery with strong ownership and accountability

5+ years of commercial experience in Project Management within technology, digital transformation, or AI-related projects
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects
Strong project delivery and coordination skills
Experience with planning, task management, risk management, and dependency tracking
Experience coordinating pilot rollouts and stakeholder alignment
Ability to track project progress, KPIs, and business impact
Experience working with business and technical stakeholders in multinational environments
Good understanding of Agile project management approaches and tools
Familiarity with conversational AI solutions, chatbots, voicebots, AI agents, or similar technologies
Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery
Advanced English level
Based in Germany with availability for regular on-site presence in Koblenz

WILL BE A PLUS

Experience with AI implementation projects within Customer Operations or Customer Service
Experience with chatbot, voicebot, or AI agent rollouts
Experience managing pilots across several business units or locations
Experience working in consulting or contractor environments
Intermediate German level or higher
