Project Engineer - Bridge Maintenance Project

- Manage and supervise day-to-day bridge maintenance activities to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved work procedures.
- Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials for efficient project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality requirements.
- Review technical drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Attend project meetings and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Project Engineer on bridge maintenance, bridge rehabilitation, or similar infrastructure maintenance projects in the UAE.
- Experience working with government or semi-government infrastructure projects in the UAE is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bridge maintenance practices, construction methods, and project execution.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Strong project planning and site coordination skills.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and safe work practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Primavera P6 is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple site activities.
