Lead team to handle the production Quality

▪ Create and implement Production quality developing roadmap
▪ Production Quality Engineer and Qulaity Technician competency continuous improve
▪ Production Quality performance and quality cost monitor

▪ Work with Production team on production quality improvement
▪ Allocate resources of Production quality in terms of works and tasks
▪ Lead team to handle the customer complaint refer to production line
▪ Lead Production Quality continous improvement
▪ Production Quality KPI monitor and improvement
▪ Production Quality KPI setting▪ Team Work planning & assignment
▪ Put right employee with right competence at the right position.
▪ Coaching and guiding employee on career development
▪ Motivate people for high performance
▪ Evaluate employee performance and feedback

Bachelor degree or higher in engineering, or equivalent

5 years of working experiences in the related field
working experiences in the automotive and/or manufacturing are desirable
Experiences in project management necessary
Technical and quality knowledge are necessary

At least with more than 2 years management experience
