What you´ll do Leads all warehouse operations, including deliveries, returns, repacks, inventory control, and material flow to support production. Supervises warehouse and receiving teams, including hiring, training, performance management, safety compliance, and employee development. Ensures inventory accuracy on documentation reviews, discrepancy resolution, SAP usage, and proper storage practices. Maintains compliance with SHEQ, ISO, safety regulations, and oversees non-hazardous waste management, recycling programs, and environmental requirements. Manages warehouse facilities and logistics, including housekeeping, pallet dock operations, scrap disposal, and support for production, quality, and office material requests. The position is in the factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasionally this position may require the lifting and/or moving of more than 55 pounds. All lifting must comply with OSHA standards.
