Goodwill Columbus is hiring Warehouse Associates to help sort, prepare, and move donated goods in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you're dependable, enjoy staying active, and take pride in working as part of a team, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do

This position also will ride along from various Goodwill Retail sites helping to pick up and drop off items in a Goodwill Box Truck
Sort, organize, and prepare donated items for processing and shipment
Load textiles and materials into production equipment
Move, stack, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
Assist with packaging and shipment preparation
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Follow safety, attendance, and performance standards
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful, but not required
We welcome candidates who are willing to learn

Physical Requirements

Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and grasping
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with noise and changing temperatures

Work Environment

Fast-paced warehouse setting
Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions
Work around warehouse equipment and moving materials
