- Experience in VIP lounges, or high end private clubs
- Creates an environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction at a standard on par with a 5-Star Hotel Service
- Social media following and experience in appropriate posting in social media.
- Quality of service
- Ability to sell
- Ability to promote and represent brand
- Work effectively under pressure
- Be able to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays and special events
- Be able to carry up to 30 pounds and stand for entire shifts
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION & SKILLS
- High School graduate
- Ability to speak English and Spanish
EXPERIENCE
- Food and Beverage experience in related field preferred
- Hospitality experience preferred
