What You Will Do
- Teach - You’ll deliver clear, structured VCE English 1/2 and 3/4 lessons that build conceptual understanding and exam technique.
- Coach - Motivate students to engage with content, practice deliberately, and improve week-to-week.
- Mentor - Share study strategies and relatable stories to build student confidence.
- Connect - Build genuine connections so students feel supported and motivated
What You Will Bring
- 99+ ATAR with raw study scores in VCE English of 43+ in VIC, 90+ in WA/QLD, and A or higher in SA.
- First-year university level knowledge or above in English
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Energy, empathy, independence and a proactive mindset
- A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours weekly availability
