VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for IT Field Support Engineers for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skillset required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.
- ITIL and MCITP certified is required.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is Mandatory.
- At least 5 Years of experience in the similar field.
Qualification and Common Skills:
- Works well individually or in a group
- Ability to work under pressure and time constrains
- Good communication and relation with end users.
Responsibilities:
- Server and workstation hardware setup and support
- Software installation and support
- Network setup and troubleshooting
- Customer relations
- Troubleshooting logic
- Operation support for Healthcare products.
- Timely reporting of activities and documentation
- Ability to work with and enhance the team
- Follow appropriate procedures, either software or Hardware, to resolve the issue
- Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner. Appropriate customer facing dress required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the manager
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in Qatar.
