What You Will Do

• Teach – You’ll teach a group of students content, application, and help them through difficult questions.
• Coach – Motivate students to engage with content and questions.
• Mentor – Be a mentor for students, telling anecdotal stories of success & failure.
• Connect – Build genuine connections with students. You're relatable, making it easy to relate and inspire.

What You Will Bring

• VCE/QCE/SACE/WACE Completion with 99+ ATAR and 45+ for VCE, 95+ for QCE and WACE, A or above for SACE raw study scores in relevant subjects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Energy, empathy, independence, and a proactive mindset
• A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours of weekly commitment
• Alignment with Contour’s mission (non-compete agreement required)
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed
