As a Traveling Nurse Practitioner, you will provide clinical care across a variety of locations and patient populations while supporting high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. You will have the opportunity to work in diverse clinical environments, expand your professional network, and collaborate with healthcare professionals across assignments. The role emphasizes adaptability, teamwork, and meaningful patient relationships. You will help patients take an active role in their health while delivering care in changing environments. Travel is an integral part of the position, with assignments structured around weekly travel and scheduled time at home. • Provide high-quality patient care across different assignments and diverse patient populations.
• Adapt clinical approaches and workflows to different healthcare environments, patient needs, and assignment settings.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated patient care.
• Empower patients to actively participate in their health and healthcare decisions through meaningful communication and engagement.
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and adaptability while working in new locations and with varied patient populations.
• Build and maintain a broad professional network through collaboration with healthcare professionals across assignments.
• Participate in regular one-on-one oversight meetings with an assigned physician.
• Travel to and from assignments according to the established schedule, with Sunday travel and Friday departure from assignment sites.
• Support additional clinical or team responsibilities as needed during assignments.

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure.
• At least 3 years of prior Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Ability to adapt effectively to diverse clinical environments and changing assignment locations.
• Strong patience, flexibility, and professionalism when working with different patient populations and healthcare teams.
• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Patient-centered approach with the ability to empower individuals to take an active role in their health.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide as an essential part of the role.
