We are searching for a dynamic Training and Quality Manager to drive our end-to-end learning and quality assurance strategy across multiple client accounts. This pivotal role will empower our teams and ensure alignment with client requirements, operational goals, and future readiness.

This is not merely a QA Analyst or Trainer role; we’re looking for strategic leaders proficient in both training and quality assurance. Candidates should excel in stakeholder engagement and client partnership, showcasing their ability to mentor, influence success within financial services accounts or similar environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the design and delivery of strategic learning and development initiatives, including onboarding, upskilling, cross-skilling, and leadership development, to address capability gaps and support business objectives.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning through innovative training solutions, coaching programs, and modern learning methodologies, ensuring teams remain adaptable to evolving client and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and oversee training and quality assurance frameworks, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and audit readiness across multiple lines of business.
• Define, track, and analyse performance metrics to measure training effectiveness, quality outcomes, and business impact, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with senior leaders, clients, and operational teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement corrective actions, and enhance customer experience and service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Training and QA teams, ensuring consistent standards, high-quality delivery, and readiness to support organizational growth and change initiatives.

What You’ll need:

• Proven experience in training and quality management
• Experience and prior exposure within complex, multi-account environments (preferably Financial Services).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and clients effectively.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing strategies that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks within Financial Services.
• Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
