Professional Experience

• Graduate of any 4-year business course.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Trade Marketing Specialist in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or OTC company.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement, deploy, and monitor trade marketing programs in assigned stores.
• Achieve sales targets by nurturing contacts and negotiating with store operations stakeholders, including District Managers, Branch Managers, Stock Analysts, and others.
• Improve and control operations in pharmacies and key accounts through stock level and inventory analysis at the branch level, ensuring optimal stock weight for key SKUs.
• Implement in-store tactics in partnership with branch heads.
• Implement and coordinate special events and promotions initiated by Head Office and Marketing.
• Provide direction, training, and the right tools to in-store staff (merchandisers) to ensure: Proper planogram implementation. Correct product assortment. Excellent product displays.
• Lead pharmacy engagement activities and conduct regular CME sessions for pharmacists.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards.
