Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the position:

With true ownership of our retail portfolio, you will take the lead on sourcing and selecting high-caliber talent across our 15 showrooms globally (Australia, US, UK, Canada, NZ). This includes the recruitment and selection of Client Advisors, Assistant Showroom Managers, Showroom Managers and retail leadership team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, to us end-to-end means from job advertising, leading screening and interviews through to contract and initial onboarding, with a huge focus on ensuring an excellent onboarding for our retail staff.
• Own retail portfolio across our 15 showrooms globally (Australia, US, UK, Canada, NZ). This includes the recruitment and selection of Client Advisors, Assistant Showroom Managers, Showroom Managers and retail leadership team members.
• Build and nurture high-quality talent communities across our ATS (Rippling), Seek, and LinkedIn to ensure a steady pipeline for our expanding showrooms.
• Manage the interview framework, conducting thorough initial screenings and interviews to evaluate competency and cultural alignment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Showroom Managers, understanding their unique hiring needs and delivering a seamless recruitment experience.
• Design and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are equipped with the resources and support needed to succeed from day one.
• Uplift hiring manager interview capability, and support in delivering hiring best practises.

What we are seeking:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition looking to step up, or already operating as TA Specialist within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ATS or HRIS platforms (experience with Rippling is a bonus) and excellent calendar management skills across multiple stakeholders.
• A confident communicator with natural relationship-building skills who prides themselves on delivering a premium candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to changing demands in a rapidly growing business.
