ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Part-Time Store Support team member at Jaxen Grey, you’ll play an important role in keeping the store running smoothly behind the scenes and on the sales floor. You’ll support inventory processes, maintain organization across the store, and help ensure product is accessible, replenished, and ready for customers.

This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on retail experience and develop a strong understanding of store operations. You’ll work closely with store leadership, inventory teams, and sales stylists to support daily priorities and contribute to an efficient, well-organized, and welcoming store environment.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE…

• Support the sales floor by restocking merchandise and maintaining visual and cleanliness standards
• Return merchandise to proper locations and assist with overall floor organization
• Assist the sales team by locating product in backstock as needed
• Support inventory processes, including ticketing, shipment processing, and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom to support efficient product flow
• Replenish and prepare merchandise for the sales floor based on store needs
• Support e-commerce and operational processes, including order picking, shipping preparation, and transfers
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, assisting at the register, and supporting fitting room operations

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY...

• Flexible scheduling based on the needs of the business, typically ranging from approximately 8–20 hours per week

• Evening, weekend, and some holiday availability required (not every holiday, but coverage for certain holiday shifts is expected)
