Store Design Project Manager (H/F)

We are currently recruiting a Store Design Project Manager to join our European team based in Paris. Reporting to the Head of Store Design, you will work closely with Store Construction and Store Development teams to deliver store design projects across Europe, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with UNIQLO's design standards. This role offers the opportunity to travel across Europe, depending on project requirements.

What you will be responsible for:

• Manage store design projects from feasibility through to handover and opening.

• Develop store layouts, design concepts, and construction documentation aligned with UNIQLO standards.

• Collaborate with Development, Construction, CAPEX, and Procurement teams to manage scope, budgets, and timelines.

• Coordinate with local architects on permit, design, and construction packages.

• Ensure design quality, compliance, and execution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support store openings, final inspections, and handovers to operations teams.

• Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and process enhancements.

What we are looking for:

• 5-8 years' experience in store design, architecture, project management, or retail development.

• Experience delivering retail store roll-outs and refurbishment projects.

• Strong understanding of customer experience, design quality, and retail environments.

• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
