Come build the future with us! What unites all Amazonians (across teams and geographies) is that we are all striving to delight customers and make their lives easier. Amazon Ads is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, publishers, and entrepreneurs. Our ad solutions—including retail media, display, video, DSP, measurement, and ad tech solutions—leverage Amazon's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys.
We're seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager to join our Ads Product Marketing team, focused on Amazon's growth and emerging media portfolio. This portfolio spans some of the most dynamic surfaces in advertising today — including audio, interactive devices, and new digital formats — where advertiser adoption is accelerating and the opportunity to shape market perception is significant. In this role, you'll serve as a critical bridge between product development and go-to-market execution, translating nascent and rapidly evolving advertising solutions into compelling narratives that help advertisers understand the value of these formats and drive adoption at scale.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll partner closely with Product Management, Go-to-Market, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape product strategy through deep customer insights and competitive intelligence. You'll own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for growth and emerging products — from informing the product roadmap through voice-of-customer research to crafting positioning and messaging that differentiates these solutions in a market where advertiser understanding is still forming. Your work will directly influence how advertisers discover, test, and scale investment in formats that are central to Amazon Ads' long-term growth, helping connect the dots between individual product capabilities and the broader multi-format advertising opportunity.
The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative storytelling, thrives in ambiguous environments, and has a proven track record of launching products that achieve measurable business impact, particularly in categories where the market is still maturing and advertiser education is a key lever for adoption. You'll need to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, moving seamlessly from conducting advertiser research to developing sales enablement materials to presenting product vision to senior leadership. Comfort with emerging technology, evolving measurement frameworks, and fast-moving product roadmaps is essential.
