Sr. Designer

About this Role:
We’re looking for a talented, Cincinnati-based Senior Designer with 5+ years of experience working as a designer or senior designer in an agency, studio or in-house creative environment. This role spans internal marketing to our full client roster. This person must be experienced designing robust campaign and brand systems and applying those systems across both traditional and digital advertising.

Who you are:

• You have excellent craft and are highly skilled in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• You’re able to work quickly and efficiently in Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop, Indesign, and Keynote. After Effects is a major plus.

• You believe taste goes hand-in-hand with good design and aesthetics.
• You’re aware of what’s going on in the design and advertising industry; trends, tech, pioneers, etc.
• You find inspiration in design and art history as well as objects, times and places outside of our discipline.
• You’re able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment, quick turns, deadlines, and ever-changing priorities.
• You can confidently present your work internally and to clients and thoughtfully discuss design decisions.
• You have a well-designed portfolio filled with well-executed and unique ideas.
• You’re curious (duh) and solution-oriented. You work well independently but thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• You have an optimistic and positive attitude.
• Your desire is to disrupt through unconventional or unexpected design solutions.
• You have confidence but zero ego.
• You have a four-year degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
