SR. 1 MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

TITLE: Sr. 1 Maintenance Technician

POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for maintenance work and electrical work on our fully automated processing lines. The incumbent will make necessary repairs to ensure a safe, efficient and high-quality production operation. As part of our maintenance team, you will be working closely with our Engineering team, Plant Management and Production. You need to be self-driven and able to handle stressful situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXCELLENT Mechanical Abilities
High School Diploma or equivalent
Integrity and great work ethics
2 to 5 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance
Industrial Mechanical and electrical experience
Working in a team environment
Use of a CMMS
Ability to plan and organize work independently
Excellent troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills
Strong commitment to Safety
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
