Specialist, Performance Marketing (North America)

Discussion

We're rethinking how homes work for the way people actually live, and we'd love a Specialist, Performance Marketing to join our Growth Acquisition team to help bring that vision to life, one campaign at a time.

In this role, you'll be paired closely with a Senior member of the team to turn strategy into real, running campaigns across assigned paid channels. This is where strategy becomes real. The details you get right (eg: clean data, sharp QA, and campaigns that launch on time) are what make the bigger plan work, and it's the best possible ground to grow into owning channels of your own.

What you'll be doing:

  • Bring campaigns to life across your assigned channels, covering audience setup, creative uploads, tracking and QA, with guidance from the Senior Specialist.
  • Keep a close eye on budget pacing day to day and escalate early if something looks off or an opportunity worth chasing.
  • Put agreed optimisation plans into action, from bid tweaks and budget shifts to audience refreshes and creative rotations.
  • Help run structured creative and campaign tests by setting them up, tracking results, and pulling the findings together.
  • Support weekly and monthly performance reporting across channel and funnel metrics, keeping it clean, accurate and always up to date.
  • Contribute to campaign, audience and creative level deep dives by pulling and organising the underlying data, so the Senior team members can turn it into recommendations.
  • Stay closely connected with your mentor/manager to understand what matters most, and turn that into your key priorities.
  • Work with the creative and category team on requesting new assets, aligning on briefs, and making sure what comes back fits the campaigns you're running.
  • Lend a hand with platform partner needs across Google, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok, from access requests to everyday troubleshooting.

What you need to succeed:

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns.
  • Passionate in the detail of day-to-day execution, from builds and QA to pacing.
  • A genuine interest in e-commerce or DTC performance marketing, and a solid grasp of the funnel from awareness through to conversion.
  • Comfortable in GA4, Looker Studio or platform-native reporting to pull and organise data and keen to build toward diagnosing performance on your own.
  • Curious about what actually makes an ad work. You want to learn the fundamentals of creative testing, and you care about the story each ad tells.
  • Genuine customer-centricity. You think about the actual person on the other side of the ad, not just what converts them.
  • An eye for detail. You catch the typo before it goes live, and you chase to finish a QA checklist.
