職務内容

シニアスタッフ、マネージャーの監督のもと、複数クライアントを担当いただきます。

• SPC（特別目的会社）に関する会計・事務サポート業務
• 会計データの入力・管理
• 月次レポート、財務資料作成のサポート
• 決算・税務申告に向けた補助業務
• クライアント（主に外資系）との英文メールでのコミュニケーション
• 社内外関係者との調整業務
• 新規クライアントのオンボーディングサポート
• 業務プロセス改善・チーム立ち上げへの関与

クライアントは99%日本にある外資系企業となり、取り扱う内容はインターナショナルな案件となります。

Job Description

Under the supervision of senior staff and managers, you will be responsible for multiple clients.

• Provide accounting and administrative support for Special Purpose Companies (SPCs)
• Input, maintain, and manage accounting data accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and financial documents
• Support year-end closing processes and preparation for tax filings
• Communicate with clients (primarily multinational/foreign companies) via email in English
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Support the onboarding process for new clients
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the establishment of new teams or operational frameworks

The clients are 99% foreign companies located in Japan, and the work handled is international in nature.

必須条件

• 事務・バックオフィス業務の実務経験

（複数業務・プロジェクトを並行して管理した経験）

• 基本的なPCスキル（Excel：SUM / IF関数レベル）
• 英語力（読み書きレベル以上）
• 会計・ファイナンス分野への興味、学習意欲

尚可条件

• 経理・会計業務の経験
• 会計事務所・税理士法人での勤務経験
• 外国籍メンバーと協働した経験
• 日本商業簿記2級

MUST

• Practical experience in administrative and/or back-office operations
  (including experience managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously)
• English (reading and writing level or above)
• Experience of using Microsoft Office (SUM and IF functions in Excel)
• Strong interest in accounting and finance, with a willingness to learn and develop in these areas

NICE TO HAVE

• Working experiences in an accounting firm/tax accountant's office.
• Working experiences in tax reporting
• Japanese commercial bookkeeping level 2
• Experience of working with foreign members
