🚀 Join us as a Solutions Architect (AWS)

At Deloitte, you'll help some of the world's leading financial institutions build modern, cloud-native customer experience platforms. As part of our fast-growing Engineering team in Central Europe, you'll design scalable AWS architectures for next-generation contact center solutions and play a key role in large-scale digital transformation programs.

💡 What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience designing distributed systems (financial services experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Kinesis, SQS, EventBridge, S3, EC2, and ECS Fargate
• Experience with distributed systems architecture, integration patterns, and API design
• Knowledge of networking, security, and serverless architecture best practices
• Familiarity with DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models
• Basic understanding of data integrations (ETL/ELT, data lakes)
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way
• EU work permit

⭐ Nice to have:

• Experience integrating web or mobile applications with backend services (REST, SOAP, Webhooks)
• Knowledge of identity management (SSO, MFA)
• Familiarity with contact center technologies and processes (IVR, call routing, authentication, customer journey)
• AWS Certifications
