We are extending our Solar Inverter Team and are looking for a Photovoltaic Service Manager. You will be responsible for customer relations on after sales service, providing on-site support & perform technical seminars and webinars. You will be promoting Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV solutions and supporting our partners in all service and technical matters. You will be contributing to fast growth of this new business. The position is based in Zagreb and requires regular traveling within Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia & Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Job Title: Solar/Photovoltaic Service Manager

Job Location: Zagreb, Croatia

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsibilities:

· Be the technical contact person for our customers and specialist partners for all technical questions relating the Huawei inverter, transformer stations and battery product portfolio;

· Simple technical advice up to the planning of a complex photovoltaic system with storage solution and emergency power supply;

· Support in troubleshooting a PV system

· If necessary, give support at customer seminars, training courses and trade fairs.

2. Customer relations on after sales service

· Organize regular meetings with customers, partners, do accurate reporting and daily/weekly updates;

· Before-after commissioning support with feedbacks, reports, documents etc.;

· Ability to support customers with correct questions that direct solution, present solution with different angles;

· Be contact person for any kind of technical inquiry by phone, e-mail or ticket system from our customers;

3. On site support

Commissioning of inverters

· Communicate with partners to organize for on site support for projects;

· Prepare a on-site report;

· You ensure the respect of the safety & security rules during the site visits.

4. Internal communication with the departments

· Communicate with organization for better process.

Requirements:

· Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or similar;

· Good knowledge and over 3 years’ experience working in Solar/Energy industry;

· Deep knowledge about solar inverters, PV modules, system design, AC/DC, HV disturbition lines;

· Good Electrical knowledge;

· Good communication ability;

· Good Problem solving ability;

· Success-oriented, flexible and a team player;

· Have driving license, willing to business travel;

· Fluent in English & Croatian both writing & speaking;
