The role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Ancitra team (Trading Development). You will help build and maintain a domain-rich auction application for power grids, shaping how energy is balanced on the markets of tomorrow and directly supporting Volue's mission and its customers.
What you will do to make a difference
Developing a domain-rich auction application for power grids built with .NET 9.
Building asynchronous communication based on RabbitMQ, ensuring scalability and reliability of data exchange between services.
Developing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, from architecture and deployment to production monitoring.
Making a real impact on a product that supports the energy transition and shapes how energy is balanced on the markets of tomorrow.
What you need to suceed
Over 3-4 years (mid) or over 5 years (senior) of commercial experience in C# backend development.
Proficiency in web application development using Core and WebAPI.
A solid understanding of SQL databases and ORM frameworks.
Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (preferably AKS), CI/CD tools (like GitHub Actions), Docker, and Kubernetes.
Business fluency in English.
Openness to a hybrid work model: 2 days in Volue Gdansk office per week.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this role is
16 000-20 000 PLN monthly UOP
110-140 pln/h B2B
in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
