Social Worker - Support & Safeguarding

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Experienced Social Workers and Advanced Social Workers for its client's Support & Safeguarding Team based in Chippenham and Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

The Role

As a member of the Support & Safeguarding Team, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and Public Law cases.
• Build strong and trusting relationships with children and families to create sustainable change.
• Undertake assessments, care planning, and direct interventions to safeguard children.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver effective multi-agency support.
• Contribute to court work and statutory processes where required.
• Support children to remain safely within their families wherever possible.

About You

We're looking for passionate and dedicated practitioners committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Recognised Social Work qualification.
• Completion of ASYE.
• Experience within Children's Social Care, Safeguarding, or Family Support Services.
• Strong assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, child-centred practice.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
