About Stride

'Normal' health is no longer good enough. Normal is code for tired, stressed, barely functioning and slowly declining, and calling that a life. We think everyone has a right to better than that.

Stride is turning tracking your entire internal biology into a lifestyle, with a next generation preventative health membership, where every member builds a multi-omic health profile covering DNA, microbiome, blood biomarkers, epigenetics and oral health. Over 500 biomarkers, tested at least twice a year, so we can see direction of travel and not just a single point in time.

Then we turn it into what to actually do: what to eat, how to train, what to supplement, what to watch, with a coach, dietitian or physiologist alongside you.

Imagine an elite longevity concierge, at an everyday price, with no stuffy clinics to attend!

The Role

This is yours to build. You'll own Stride's social presence from the ground up: strategy, content, posting, community, all of it. You'll work closely with our Growth Lead so organic insight shapes paid, and paid learnings shape organic.

It will be genuinely hands-on: shooting, editing, writing and posting the content yourself, briefing external creators when it helps rather than relying on them to do the thinking.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Plan, create and publish across our core channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook to start)

  • Build relationships with creators and partners for UGC and collaborations

  • Stay close to what's moving in health, wellness and longevity content, and act on it fast

Community

  • Handle comments, DMs and everyday engagement across our channels

  • Flag recurring questions or friction back to the wider team

Growth Partnership

  • Work with the Growth Lead on what gets boosted, what creative is working, and where organic insight should inform paid

  • Support TikTok Shop and other organic-commerce features as they launch

Measurement

  • Track engagement and performance across channels

  • Test formats, hooks and posting cadence properly, not just by feel

  • Report on what social is actually contributing to awareness, traffic and conversion

How We'll Know It's Working

  • Follower growth and engagement rate

  • Content output and consistency

  • Quality of the organic-to-paid handoff

  • Community response time and quality

What You'll Bring

  • 1-3 years in social or content, ideally at a DTC, subscription or health and wellness brand

  • Real hands-on ability: you can shoot and edit yourself, not just brief someone else to

  • A clear sense of what stops the scroll, and the ability to explain why

  • Comfort moving between platforms with different native tones and formats

  • Some understanding of how organic and paid social work together

  • Fluency with AI tools to move faster: scripting, editing, research, ideation

  • A strong written voice, and comfort being the one behind the DMs and comments

  • Enough self-direction to build a function largely on your own, with support rather than a big team

Bonus points: TikTok Shop experience, a genuine interest in health, nutrition or longevity, some paid social exposure, experience with creators or influencer partnerships, comfort on camera. 📸

Why Stride 🤔

  • Preventive health is where things are heading, and you'll be building the audience for it early

  • A function that's genuinely yours to shape, not a calendar handed down from someone else

  • Work directly with a founder who's built, sold, and taken a business public in this space
