[SO] IT Security Governance Intern

• Assess and interpret IT Security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform compliance and governance assessments and identify gaps against applicable standards.
• Provide consulting and recommendations to stakeholders based on established security standards, frameworks, and internal regulations.
• Support risk assessment, control evaluation, and remediation tracking.
• Conduct basic research on IT Security standards, regulations, and best practices and summarize key findings

• Education: Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field
• Basic understanding of IT / Cybersecurity concepts.
• Basic awareness of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.
• Good analytical and logical thinking.
• Ability to learn and understand standards, policies, and requirements.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to work with governance/compliance-related documentation
