職務内容

• 会計業務
• 月次記帳代行業務
• 年次財務諸表作成
• 税務申告業務
• 法人税、消費税、その他申告書作成
• 法定調書合計表及び償却資産税申告書の作成
• クライアントからの質疑応答
• チーム運営に関する各種計画、新規クライアント導入、および社内プロジェクトにおけるチームマネージャーのサポート
• ジュニアスタッフのサポート、研修、管理

Job Description

• Monthly bookkeeping services
• Annual financial statement preparation
• Tax declaration duties
• Preparation of corporate tax, consumption tax and other tax returns
• Preparation of payment records and depreciable asset tax returns
• Answering questions from clients
• Supporting team managers in various planning, new client on-boarding and internal projects relating to team operations
• Support, training and management of junior staff

必須条件

• 会計関連の職務経験４年以上
• 簿記2級以上または同等レベルの知識
• 日本の税法の知識：法人税、消費税、源泉所得税、等
• 法人税・消費税申告書の作成経験
• 法定調書合計表及び償却資産税申告書の作成経験
• 英語での読解、ライティングスキル
• 中級程度のエクセル知識

尚可条件

• 会計事務所/税理士事務所での勤務経験
• 税務申告経験2年以上
• 日商簿記2級保有
• 外国人のメンバーと一緒に仕事をした経験

MUST

• At least 4 years of accounting-related work experience
• Bookkeeping Level 2 certification (Boki 2) or equivalent knowledge and skills
• Knowledge of Japanese tax laws, including corporate tax, consumption tax, and withholding income tax
• Experience preparing corporate tax and consumption tax returns
• Experience preparing statutory reports and fixed asset tax returns
• Ability to read and write in English
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working in an accounting firm/tax accountant's office
• At least 2 years' experience in tax reporting
• Level 2 of JCCI bookkeeping
• Experience of working with foreign members
