JD: Sr. Service Engineer (HVAC & Plumbing)
Location: Mumbai Thane
Part 1. Describe the Position
To build a service and aftermarket team across pan India represented in all regions for providing basic support and faster response time.
Summary:
List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
1. Single point contact for regional customer on after sales
2. Knowledge of operation & maintenance of fire pump.
3. Providing all erection and commissioning activities for HVAC/FIRE/Plumbing pumps.
4. Trouble shooting 5. Spare part & AMC business
6. Upgrades & retrofit business
7. Energy audit Skill
8. FMEA
Part 2. Education Qualification:
BE / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 6-10 years of field experience
Key technical skills and knowledge;
Experience in handling HVAC & Plumbing pumps, pressure booster, Fire pumps systems independently
Computer competency
Ability to handle customer complaints independently
Ability to communicate fluently with our own engineering and other Value center
Ability to identify root cause analysis technically
Stamina and Adaptability
Should be able to sustain field activity for a prolonged period
Required Knowledge
Pump hydraulics (Basic)
Plant operation & process
Basic knowledge of operation & maintenance of Fire /Plumbing /HVAC pumps.
VFD & Controllers for HVAC & Plumbing
