Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded Senior Systems Manager, Microsoft 365 & AI Productivity Platforms, to serve as the enterprise product owner and subject matter expert for Microsoft 365, Collaboration Technologies and Microsoft Copilot across HKEX. This role will define the strategy, roadmap, governance, adoption, and value realization of the enterprise productivity ecosystem, encompassing Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Viva and emerging AI capabilities.

As the senior Microsoft 365 SME and product leader, the incumbent will partner with business, technology, information security, risk and compliance stakeholders to drive workplace transformation, enhance employee productivity, modernize collaboration experiences, and ensure secure, compliant and scalable adoption of AI-powered productivity services. Job Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Product Ownership & Strategy

• Own the enterprise product roadmap for Microsoft 365, Collaboration Platforms and Microsoft Copilot services.
• Define and execute long-term strategy for digital workplace, productivity, collaboration and AI-enabled employee experiences.
• Establish product vision, operating model, success metrics, and adoption targets aligned with business priorities.
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies, AI innovations and workplace trends to continuously evolve the platform strategy.
• Develop business cases and value realization frameworks for productivity investments and platform enhancements.

Microsoft Copilot & AI Enablement

• Serve as the enterprise SME and product owner for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio and future AI productivity services.
• Drive enterprise-wide Copilot adoption, use case discovery, business value tracking and AI transformation initiatives.
• Establish governance frameworks for AI usage, agent deployment, prompt management, data readiness and responsible AI practices.
• Partner with business functions to identify opportunities for workflow automation, knowledge discovery and productivity optimization through AI.
• Lead Copilot Center of Excellence activities and promote AI innovation across the organization.

Collaboration & Employee Experience Platforms

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Viva and related collaboration services.
• Define platform standards, service architecture, user experience principles and collaboration best practices.
• Drive modernization of employee communication, document management, knowledge sharing and hybrid work experiences.
• Ensure Microsoft 365 capabilities are leveraged effectively to improve workforce productivity, engagement and operational efficiency.

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Partner with Information Security, Risk and Compliance teams to ensure secure deployment and operation of Microsoft 365 services.
• Govern information protection, data lifecycle management, AI risk controls, data access controls and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Define platform guardrails, usage policies, governance standards and service ownership models.
• Ensure all productivity and AI services comply with enterprise technology standards and regulatory obligations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership

• Act as the trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders on Microsoft 365 and AI productivity capabilities.
• Translate business challenges into platform capabilities, solutions and transformation initiatives.
• Drive executive reporting, steering committee updates and value realization reviews.
• Build strong partnerships across technology, business operations and corporate functions.

Platform Operations & Continuous Improvement

• Provide senior-level technical leadership and escalation support for Microsoft 365 services.
• Oversee service health, vendor management, platform performance, release governance and operational excellence.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, user experience enhancement and operational efficiency.
• Establish metrics, KPIs and insights dashboards to measure platform adoption, health and business impact.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft workplace technologies, enterprise collaboration platforms, digital workplace transformation or productivity platform leadership.
• Proven track record leading Microsoft 365, collaboration, workplace transformation or AI productivity programs in large enterprise environments.
• Experience operating as a Product Manager, Platform Owner, Service Owner or Technology Lead for enterprise productivity services.
• Demonstrated success driving large-scale adoption and value realization of collaboration and AI technologies.

Technical Expertise

• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Apps and Microsoft Graph.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI governance and enterprise AI adoption.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview and modern workplace security architectures.
• Experience with automation, Power Platform, PowerShell, Graph API and low-code/no-code productivity solutions.

Leadership & Business Skills

• Strong product management mindset with experience defining product roadmaps, business cases and success measures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
• Ability to balance business productivity, user experience, security and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
