Senior Staff Product Manager Specialist (f/m/d)

Product Ownership
o Owner of the ‘whole product’ proposition and associated business-case
o Lead the marketing requirement documents (MRD) and determine specifications of the
product, including IC, SDK, embedded SW, kits and tools
o Partner with system architects, IC engineering and product enablement teams to ensure
that the technical specifications are aligned with the market and customer requirements

Product Definition
o Clear understanding of competition and market environment. Stay ahead of the
Bluetooth standards (Channel Sounding, Auracast, etc.) and ensure the product feature
set is there waiting for it.
o Engage with customers directly and develop strong trusting relationships
o Collaborate with Sales, FAEs, Product Marketing, UX, Core Tech, Product Enablement
and Applications teams
o Establish clear customer use-cases and system requirements
o Clarify both functional and non-functional requirements
o Establish clear competitive benchmarking
o Set expectations for hardware–software partitioning
o Ensure product coherence across silicon, software, kits and tools so the ‘whole product’
works as an integrated system
o Develop business cases for new investments and ensure success by working closely with
Business Leads, Product Line Manager and other cross-functional teams

Cross-Functional collaboration
o Collaborate closely with System Architects, Marketing, IC, Infrastructure, Ecosystem
engineering and other central teams
o Ensure proper feasibility of market requirements
o Ensure proper architecture options and system trade-offs are made
o Timely clarification and requirement refinement during execution
o Align with PMO and Technical Product Lead (TPL) to make sure product plan is on track

Product and technology roadmap

o Identify feature gaps and competitive differentiation
o Support investment prioritization with data and customer insight
o Align product definitions with Product Line strategy and target segments (industrial,
consumer, etc.)
▪ Product launch & promotion:
o Develop product collateral, fighting guide, product pricing in collaboration with extended
teams & partners
o Provide competitive positioning and clarify product value proposition
o Act as the primary technical and product interface to customers

Lifetime Management
o Coordinate technical updates, Product Change Notifications (PCN), Product
Discontinuation Notifications (PDN), etc.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field. Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in Semiconductor, embedded systems, or microcontroller-based products
• 2+ years in Product definition, management, applications, or system architect roles
• Understanding connectivity applications in consumer, industrial and IoT applications.
• Strong understanding of:
• Bluetooth Low Energy or other wireless standards and a solid grasp of RF fundamentals
• Microcontroller architectures (ARM Cortex, RISC-V, etc.)
• Embedded software ecosystems
• System-level design considerations (power, performance, cost, safety, security)
