Strategic Project Manager, Technical Services

Duetto's most complex global implementations involve multi-property enterprise customers, overlapping time zones, and stakeholders at every level of seniority — and this role is the person who holds it all together. As Senior Project Manager, Technical Services, you'll orchestrate the strategic delivery of our most complex customer engagements: sequencing workstreams, managing risk, navigating executive relationships, and building the portfolio-level visibility that keeps concurrent projects on track. This is a pure strategy and orchestration role — you won't be getting hands-on with the technical delivery, but you'll be the person ensuring every technical work stream has the right owner, the right timeline, and the right level of leadership attention.

What You'll Be Doing

• You'll orchestrate strategic project delivery across overlapping, multi-property implementation and migration engagements — owning portfolio-level planning, delivery-date sequencing, and workload smoothing across concurrent projects without being the technical executor of any individual work stream.
• You'll serve as the senior point of accountability for enterprise customer engagements from kickoff through go-live — holding the project together across functions, time zones, and stakeholder groups, and ensuring the right people are making the right decisions at the right time.
• You'll own executive client relationships, navigating difficult conversations with senior hotel leadership with composure and credibility — acting as the strategic face of Duetto's delivery function for our most complex customers.
• You'll anticipate, document, and escalate project risks before they become problems — building the visibility and governance structures that allow leadership to see around corners on complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
• You'll architect cross-timezone coverage strategy and absorb the strategic planning and decision-making that current regional project management capacity cannot sustain — providing the senior orchestration layer that keeps global delivery consistent.
• You'll mentor and develop project management capability across regional teams — building structured upskilling toward more strategic project ownership and standardising workflows and best practices that scale across the delivery function.

What We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you have:

• 6–8 years of project management experience, ideally overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS implementations — including revenue management, PMS, CRS, or adjacent hospitality technology platforms
• A strong understanding of revenue management and hotel commercial operations — enough to be a credible conversation partner with hotel leadership and to understand the business impact of implementation decisions, without needing to configure or troubleshoot the technology yourself
• Demonstrated experience orchestrating large, complex project portfolios at a strategic level — you manage the plan, the risk, and the relationships, not the technical work streams
• Strong fluency with a project management platform (monday.com preferred) — including the ability to build and maintain portfolio-level visibility across concurrent, multi-property projects
• An AI-forward working style — you already use AI to move faster on planning, documentation, risk analysis, and stakeholder communication, and you apply human judgment to validate and own the outputs
• Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level, sometimes difficult, conversations with senior client stakeholders — including scope challenges, timeline risk, and escalation management
• The ability to work independently across overlapping time zones, with schedule flexibility to overlap US West Coast working hours

Strong candidates may also have:

• Experience developing project management capability in junior or regional colleagues
• A background working in or alongside enterprise hospitality technology deployments
