Drive the development and successful delivery of digital trading capabilities for a large consumer base. Working with both business and technology, the role is responsible for defining requirements, managing priorities, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and ensuring solutions meet client, business, and regulatory needs. Working closely with a large number of stakeholders, the successful candidate will lead and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives that enhance the client trading experience and support the bank's digital transformation agenda.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Lead requirements definition, target-state design, product roadmap and solution coordination and delivery of FX, Precious Metals (PM) and Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETDs) e-Trading capabilities for consumers
• Ensure alignment with stakeholders across the board including Business, Client & Partner Management, Credit, Trading Channels, Pre-Trade Controls, Access Management, Regulatory and Order Management, to achieve production readiness
• Act as the primary SME bridging business requirements and technology delivery, driving stakeholder alignment and solution decisions
• Coordinate end-to-end system integration, testing, migration planning, operating model readiness, and business adoption activities across
• Ensure successful delivery by proactively managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations

YOUR PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience delivering trading, execution, FX, capital markets, and platform transformation initiatives within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services
• Strong understanding of FX/PM, ETDs, e-trading workflows, order lifecycle management, pre-trade controls, regulatory requirements, and digital channel platforms
• Proven experience managing end-to-end digital product lifecycles, including controlled pilot launches, end user testing, web analytics, client feedback, adoption measurement, and mass-rollout execution
• Demonstrated track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with business and technology stakeholders, from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption
• Experience in Agile delivery environments, encompassing backlog management, prioritisation, user story definition, release planning, and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and pragmatic technology solutions, supported by strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant project delivery, business analysis, change management, Agile, or project management certifications are advantageous
• Solid understanding of financial markets and digital platform delivery, with preferred exposure to e-Banking, trading platforms, or wealth management technology ecosystems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with strong leadership and influencing capabilities to drive decisions in a matrix environment without direct reporting lines
• Highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused, able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments while remaining adaptable, resilient, and solution-oriented amidst ambiguity and complex change
