Senior Product Manager (Verification & Automation)

Discussion
As Senior Product Manager – Verification Automation & Operational Efficiency, you will define the vision, strategy, and execution for onboarding millions of drivers, couriers, and vehicles across 47 countries. Because verification is the front door to our platform, your work directly impacts growth speed, operational costs, trust, and platform safety.

You will balance two core priorities: maximizing automated approvals to speed up onboarding and reduce unit costs, while building high-efficiency tools for our manual review operations teams. Partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Operations, Fraud & Risk, and Business Leadership, you will drive down the cost per verification without compromising compliance or letting fraud through.
  • Scale Onboarding Automation: Expand automated document and identity checks to instantly and safely approve high-volume applicants.
  • Optimize Operations: Redesign workflows, queues, and review interfaces to boost operator speed and eliminate human error.
  • Connect Ops & Product: Translate frontline operational bottlenecks into high-impact product features and strategic roadmaps.
  • Manage Unit Economics: Take ownership of cost-per-verification, lowering expenses while maintaining conversion, speed, and safety standards.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Delivery: Align roadmaps across Operations, Risk, Security, Engineering, and leadership to hit global goals.
  • Ensure Compliance & Safety: Build processes that comply with local data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) without adding user friction.
  • Optimize via Data: Run tests and analyze operational performance to continuously improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
  • Product Experience: 4+ years of product management experience scaling high-volume platforms (Ride-hailing, On-Demand Marketplaces, FinTech, or Logistics) with a focus on internal tools and operational workflows.
  • Operations & Cost Optimization: Proven record of managing human-in-the-loop workflows (task queues, moderation, review systems) and measurable success in lowering cost-per-task and review times.
  • Operational UX Focus: Strong eye for functional UI/UX design—you know how to design workspaces that help operations staff work faster, accurately, and with minimal friction.
  • Systems & Process Literacy: Ability to partner closely with engineering teams on API integrations, workflow rules, and data handling without needing to write code yourself.
  • Data & Business Acumen: Highly analytical, with experience running structured experiments and making trade-offs between speed, cost, and risk prevention.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experienced in leading cross-functional alignment across multiple operational, business, and technical teams.
  • Communication: Business-fluent English proficiency (B2/C1+ or equivalent). Russian is a plus.
  • Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 47 countries.
  • Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs.
  • Collaborate with teams around the world and gain international experience through our Global Talent Exchange Program.
  • Engage in company-wide challenges, awards, sports activities, employee-led social impact and volunteering projects.
  • Work alongside people who take initiative, speak openly, and challenge themselves to grow.
  • Improve your language skills through co-financed courses and internal speaking clubs.
  • Annual salary from 70 700 EUR gross.
Final benefits may vary depending on the location.
