Senior Partnerships Manager
DealMaker is a fast-growing fintech company revolutionizing the capital markets ecosystem with a mission to make online capital raising mainstream. We empower founders, CEOs, and operators to raise capital digitally, both from their own communities and through strategically marketed campaigns. No other platform provides an end-to-end solution like ours—and our track record speaks for itself, with over $2B raised across 1,000+ campaigns. We power the largest online capital raises for customers like EnergyX ($88M), Green Bay Packers ($65M), Miso Robotics ($72M+), Monogram Orthopaedics (Nasdaq:MGRM) and many others, with 3 IPOs in the past year alone. We are quickly expanding our horizons and are seeking talented team members to join us on our journey to transform the global capital market.
Who You Are
The Senior Partnerships Manager owns a book of referral relationships and converts them into founder introductions that become live raises on DealMaker. You'll spend most of your time in conversations — activating new partners, deepening existing relationships, and generating partner-referred SQLs every quarter. You'll also own the operational layer: agreements, payouts, CRM hygiene, and the AI-assisted workflows that keep the team running efficiently.
What You'll Do
Source, qualify, and activate net-new referral partners — financial advisors, founder peer groups, lawyers, CPAs, VCs/PE firms, e-commerce ecosystems, and capital markets intermediaries — from cold outreach through signed agreement.
Generate partner-referred leads and achieving quarterly quota.
Plan and execute at least one partner-led event per quarter — venue, invite list, follow-up sequencing, and pipeline capture.
Manage referral agreements and partner onboarding documentation from negotiation through execution.
Process quarterly partner commission payouts accurately and on time, coordinating with finance.
Build and maintain CRM workflows and AI-assisted outreach sequences that reduce manual admin and keep partner pipeline data clean.
Maintain an active partner rate across your book — tracking engagement, re-engaging lapsed partners, and flagging at-risk relationships before they go cold.
Represent DealMaker at industry events and convert event conversations into qualified relationships.
Report on partnership performance weekly — qualified leads sourced, partner activity rates, event pipeline, and payout accuracy — and flag blockers before they become misses.
What Skills You Need
5+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel sales — fintech, capital markets, or SaaS preferred.
Proven track record generating pipeline through referral relationships, not just managing accounts.
HubSpot proficiency and comfort building or improving CRM workflows.
Self-starter with a bias toward outreach — you open conversations, you don't wait for them.
Strong written and verbal communication; you represent DealMaker in high-stakes partner conversations.
Comfortable with AI-assisted workflows and continuously improving how the team operates.
Willingness to travel for events and partner visits (~20%).
