About You and The Role
The Zipline Legal Team is searching for an experienced, high-powered, and process-oriented Senior Paralegal who will support our corporate legal function. In this role, you will partner closely with others on the Corporate Legal team and cross-functional stakeholders, such as Finance, People, and Compensation. You’ll bring attention to detail, organizational skills, and a positive attitude to everything you do. You’ll be a core member of a strong, friendly, passionate, in-house legal function and will report to Zipline’s Deputy General Counsel, Corporate. What You'll Do
- Provide project management and support for complex corporate transactions including financing rounds and strategic transactions through due diligence coordination, document management and closing preparations
- Assist in supporting our equity program and management of our equity management platforms (Carta and Shareworks)
- Manage U.S. state and local filings, business licenses, and various business entity documents with governmental agencies
- Oversee subsidiary management, including entity records, officer and director tracking, organizational charts, annual filings, and related governance documentation
- Manage and maintain corporate records and databases
- Work with other members of the Legal team as well as other company functional departments on special projects and initiatives
- Design, develop, and implement or improve systems and processes to increase efficiency, support scalability, and ensure quality
- Work to identify, build and maintain scalable corporate operations processes, with emphasis on documentation and audit trails
- Your relationship-driven approach allows you to build strong cross-functional relationships across all levels of the business to influence and inspire other teams

What Else You Need To Know
- At least seven years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
The starting cash range for this role is $120,000-$150,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; overtime pay; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
