Senior Operations Manager (m/f/d)

• Logistics & Fulfillment experience – experience and practical understanding of inbound, warehouse, picking, packing and outbound operations.
• People Management – experience in leading operational teams through Team Leaders / Supervisors.
• Shopfloor Management – comfortable being close to daily operations, supporting the team and solving operational issues.
• KPI & Productivity Management – understanding of productivity, quality, backlog, output and service levels.
• Workforce & Capacity Planning – ability to adjust staffing and resources to changing volumes and priorities.
• Cost & P&L Awareness – basic understanding of labor costs, overtime, budget and their impact on operational results.
• Continuous Improvement / 5S – practical approach to workplace organization, process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Problem Solving – ability to identify issues, find practical solutions and follow up on actions.
• Leadership & Communication – good communication skills, team-oriented leadership and ability to cooperate with other departments.
• Operational Systems – good working knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with WMS or similar systems.
• Lead productivity and margin improvement programs.
• Manages, mentors and motivates employees.
• Ensuring performance and quality according to customer requirements.
• On-site contact for customer.
• Responsible for all expense and financial performance related activity for the area of responsibility.
• Perform functions (such as Health & Safety) on site.
• Resources planning and personnel responsibility plus development of flexible workforce.
• Reporting to the Branch Manager.
