About the Senior Manager, Strategic Projects role...

We're looking for a highly driven Senior Manager, Strategic Projects to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend. You'll partner closely with our COO and Strategic Operations team to solve and deliver some of SiteMinder's most complex and high-impact cross-functional initiatives.

You'll sit at the centre of our highest-priority strategic projects - from ecosystem partnerships and commercial transformations to operational changes and multi-team programmes. This is a role for someone who loves taking ambiguous problems, turning them into clear plans, and then making sure those plans actually land.

You'll work with senior stakeholders across the business and external partners, often without formal authority, so you'll need to be comfortable bringing people together, holding teams accountable, getting into the detail when needed, and spotting risks before they become problems. Expect a healthy mix of strategy, stakeholder management, project delivery and hands-on analysis.

What you'll do...

  • Partner with the COO and Strategic Operations to deliver high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives from strategy through to execution

  • Turn ambiguous business goals into clear project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies and success measures

  • Lead complex programmes end-to-end, keeping multiple workstreams aligned and moving against critical paths

  • Coordinate across Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Partnerships, Product & Engineering, Finance & Billing, Legal, Revenue Operations and other teams to ensure initiatives land smoothly

  • Get into the detail when needed - analysing data, reconciling information across systems, sense-checking numbers and investigating operational or commercial issues

  • Think end-to-end about how changes to pricing, contracts, data, systems or processes may impact billing, reporting, customers and other teams

  • Identify risks, gaps and dependencies early, bringing clear facts, options and recommendations to the COO and senior stakeholders

  • Run effective project governance, including stand-ups, check-ins, steering committees, risk and issue tracking, and decision logs

  • Build clear, insight-led updates and executive materials that communicate progress, risks, trade-offs and actions

  • Hold senior stakeholders and workstream owners accountable for delivery, even when you don't have direct authority over them

  • Ensure new processes, systems and operational capabilities are ready before launch and hand over smoothly to the teams responsible for running them

What you have...

  • 8+ years' experience in strategic projects, programme/project delivery, strategy & operations, consulting, or a similar environment

  • A strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth technology, B2B SaaS or comparable business

  • Experience working confidently and independently with VP and C-level stakeholders, while being equally comfortable getting into the operational and technical detail

  • Strong project and programme management skills, including planning, critical paths, dependencies, risk management and governance

  • The ability to take an ambiguous problem or short verbal brief and turn it into a structured, executable plan

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working hands-on with data, numbers and spreadsheets to test whether a plan actually stacks up

  • Commercial understanding across areas such as pricing, contracts, revenue, margin or billing, with the ability to spot when something doesn't add up

  • The ability to understand how data, money, customers and processes move across different teams and systems, and identify potential downstream impacts

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and hold people accountable without formal authority

  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into practical, actionable messages for different audiences

  • A highly organised, self-directed approach and the ability to quickly get across complex, in-flight initiatives

  • A calm, pragmatic approach when priorities shift, timelines are tight and the stakes are high

Bonus Points if you have...

  • Experience delivering ecosystem or strategic partnership programmes (e.g. co-branded products, integrated workflows, or joint go-to-market motions)

  • Experience in hotel technology, hospitality, travel or a related industry

  • Previous consulting or corporate strategy experience

  • Experience working in a global, distributed or high-growth SaaS environment

  • Formal project management training or certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)

Our Perks & Benefits…

  • Mental health and well-being initiatives

  • Generous parental (including secondary) leave policy

  • Flexibility to work in a Hybrid model (3 days in-office)

  • Paid birthday, study and volunteering leave

  • Sponsored social clubs, team events, and celebrations

  • Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to help you connect and get involved

  • Investment in your personal growth offering training for your advancement
