Senior Lawyer

We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our Legal team in Tallinn, Estonia.

Main Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer legal and transactional documents

• Provide legal advice and support on legal matters

• Manage legal proceedings, litigation, and business transactions

• Analyze and identify legal risks and implications, and recommend solutions

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Handle ad hoc assignments

• Keep management informed of new laws and regulations that may affect the company

Main Requirements

• Experience in the aviation industry

• A degree in Law and at least five years of experience in commercial law

• Knowledge of personal data protection regulations and requirements is an advantage

• Experience in conflict resolution

• Excellent spoken and written English. Estonian or Lithuanian is an advantage.

• A strong sense of ownership

• Strong relationship-building skills

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
