As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our applications. The ideal candidate is expected to work independently, take initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions.


Responsibilities

• Develop and support high-load, low-latency trading platforms and the microservices around these platforms
  
• Design and develop new features in line with business requirements, following company standards for code quality, test coverage, and performance, and using practices such as TDD and BDD.
  
• Proactively identify and report issues, vulnerabilities, and other technical problems that exist or might appear in the company's code
• Collaborate with team members, other teams, project managers, and business analysts to meet the company goals
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Java Developer (Java 21+) with Spring (Spring / Spring Boot)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline
• Experience with CI/CD automation
• In-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented programming and S.O.L.I.D. principles
• Strong development skills: task decomposition, implementation, and testing.
• Experience with the development of microservices, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience in SQL Databases / PostgreSQL / Hibernate
• TCP/IP networking programming experience(HTTP, gRPC)
• B2 English or above; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
• FinTech experience (trading, Forex, investments) is an advantage.
