The dynamic LP Distri team is responsible for collections and deliveries from around fifty physical sites in Belgium. To provide our teams with the necessary means to ensure both proactive and reactive follow-up and to make the right decisions based on data, we need a profile capable of making this data available to us in a modern and efficient way. Your mission is to provide the necessary information about our activities in terms of quality and efficiency. This ranges from creating Power BI dashboards to agentic AI solutions enabling automated follow-up. We are looking for a profile with strong technical and analytical skills — both in data preparation and data visualization — and willing to understand the processes underlying this data. This also means occasionally going into the field in order to connect the technical aspects with the reality of our platforms. You will work closely with the Performance, Operations and ICT teams. 1. Organisation Reports to: Manager 2. Objective Provide analytical support for the execution of the various specific tasks of the reporting department, involving a high degree of difficulty, in order to best meet customer requirements, challenge requests and adapt them where necessary. The issue requires the integration and interpretation of information as well as the design of alternatives to reach a solution. 3. Main tasks 1. Ensure and develop the production of various detailed reports and guarantee the availability and distribution of data within the required deadlines: • Communicate and report on reporting requests (clarification of needs, production, validation and communication of situation follow-up to customers) • Ensure the implementation of governance rules and educate customers about them • Formulate recommendations based on the conclusions of the different reports • Ensure maximum standardization in reports • Supervise and execute the automation process while taking bpost standards into account • Regularly train on the technical tools used and stay informed about customers’ operational processes 2. Identify and report issues/inconsistencies in the data and propose pragmatic solutions to optimize data quality. Identify and report recurring issues and propose solutions aimed at optimizing needs analysis within the relevant domain. Ensure that regulatory requirements and bpost guidelines are respected. 3. Carry out periodic analyses and reports on data within a single functional domain: • Identify, structure, organize and collect data • Develop calculations and simulation models with a high degree of difficulty based on the collected data • Validate, interpret and justify the results obtained 4. Identify, determine and ensure the proper implementation of customers’ reporting needs: • Define needs and determine priorities regarding the reporting needs of internal customers • Ensure and lead functional validation (testing phase – User Acceptance Testing) of the information from the reporting universes • Provide support in drafting User Guides 4.
