What You’ll Do as a Security Team Member:

Patrol buildings and grounds to ensure safety and security
Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity
Respond to emergencies, alarms, and resident needs
Complete incident reports and documentation accurately
Assist residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Support emergency preparedness and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For in a Security Team Member:

High school diploma or GED required
Previous security, law enforcement, or healthcare experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
Valid driver’s license
