- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- 5-7 years of proven working experience as Scrum Master
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, XP) and Agile / Lean practices
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Proven experience in facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.
