Sao Paulo Corporate Transaction & Advisory Associate Attorney (M&A)

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience advising on M&A transactions at a leading international law firm.

The Corporate Transactions and Advisory group advises many of the world's leading companies on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings and [high value commercial contracts] with a particular focus on complex, cross-border transactions. Experience in Latin America M&A transactions will be highly valued.

Your Experience:

• Professional fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
• Meaningful experience advising on public and private M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures under New York law.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents and managing due diligence processes.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-border transactions and working effectively across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
• Admission to the New York Bar
• Experience practicing at a leading international law firm
