About the Team

The Revenue Operations Systems team builds and scales the technical foundation that powers LearnUpon’s growth. We manage and evolve our Salesforce CRM ecosystem to keep our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams connected and focused on customer success. Working closely with cross-functional partners across Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Legal, Business Intelligence, Security, and IT, we turn complex business processes into seamless digital workflows, ensuring LearnUpon has the scalable infrastructure required to reach revenue and expansion targets.

About the Opportunity

As our Salesforce Administrator within the Revenue Operations Systems team, you will play a central role in maintaining, scaling, and optimizing LearnUpon’s Salesforce CRM environment. By turning business needs into smart, scalable technical solutions—from custom Flows and objects to automated cross-functional workflows - you will drive operational efficiency across our entire organization. Your work will directly impact LearnUpon’s ability to scale seamlessly, improve data integrity, and empower our teams to reach our revenue targets.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serve as a Salesforce System Administrator supporting end-users across Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Finance, Partnerships, Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Data Insights.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business end-users, external vendors, and internal engineering/development teams.
  • Lead the evaluation, scoping, prioritization, and resolution of incoming business requests and internal support cases.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain declarative Salesforce solutions, including Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, and Page Layouts.
  • Support and drive best practices in data quality, reporting, integrations, administrative enhancements, and change management.
  • Onboard and train new users, driving Salesforce adoption and expanding CRM skills across the global organization.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, process workflows, and admin procedures.
  • Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) processes, including pricing procedures, product catalogs, price books, discount approvals, quote templates, and related renewal/amendment/cancellation logic.

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, including direct involvement in configuring and maintaining Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud (RCA).
  • Expertise in declarative Salesforce configuration, including building and managing Flows, custom objects, formula fields, custom apps, page layouts, and views of intermediate-to-advanced complexity.
  • Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, high-volume environment, balancing daily support cases with strategic long-term projects while adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Proven ability to evaluate new business requirements and assess upstream and downstream impacts across integrations, tools, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with strong project management skills, high accountability, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across all levels of the business.
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline administrative tasks, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiencies.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201), Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) certifications.
  • Prior experience in SaaS industry supporting Go-to-Market operations within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Background in managing data migration projects, working with APIs, and integrating Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
  • Hands-on experience training end-users to drive adoption, as well as mentoring junior Salesforce administrators.
