Junior Sales Operations Coordinator | Home Electrification
This role is a critical quality-control and coordination link between Sales, Customers, and our Installation teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage and action appointment cancellations, reschedules, and queries received through various communication channels from Sales Managers, Specialists, and Lead Generators.
- Engage directly with customers to minimise cancellations and effectively reschedule face-to-face appointments.
- Set up, coordinate, and oversee sales campaigns across 15+ offices nationwide.
- Liaise with the Salesforce IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by our Solar Specialists.
- Allocate, assign, and dispatch appointments fairly and efficiently to Solar Specialists and Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and the Operations team to facilitate the onboarding of new Specialists.
- Build strong working relationships across a variety of personality types and management styles.
- Maintain daily communication with Solar Specialists and Lead Generators across the country to manage schedules and leads.
About You
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Background in customer service, administration, or hospitality
- Able to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Highly organised, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Skilled in handling change and resolving conflict calmly and professionally
- Worked within Salesforce CRM (Big bonus!)

Please note: This is a fully onsite role based in our vibrant Waterloo office, working Monday to Friday. Standard hours are 9:30am–5:30pm, with a later 12:00pm–8:00pm shift every Wednesday
