RTW INTERN DESIGNER F/M

ANINE BING is looking for an RTW Intern Designer (F/M) to join our PAP Studio team based in Paris.

This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our Paris HQ team, the RTW Intern Designer supports the PAP Studio in day-to-day coordination and collection development, bringing precision and creative energy to their work — supporting our global growth while staying grounded in the brand's DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a creative yet performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate combines a sharp eye for detail with a clear sense of the big picture, is comfortable moving between technical execution and creative research, and is energized by building something special—together.

This is an internship based at our Paris HQ, in-person, for a minimum duration of 6 months. The role reports to the Head of Design, with a dotted line to the Senior Designer.

Responsibilities Include:

• Studio coordination & collection support: produce technical drawings on Illustrator, update and maintain technical files (tech packs), and keep collection boards, moodboards, and working boards current throughout the season.
• Design execution: color and finish sketches, build collection boards, produce presentation mock-ups and supports, and develop digital color ranges.
• Research: conduct iconographic research on styles, finishes, materials and details, and develop visual references to support collection direction.
• File management: organize and maintain collection files and digital archives.
• Fittings & prototype follow-up: assist at proto fittings, style-outs and shopping sessions; take photos and update technical drawings and annotations following each fitting.
• Prototype tracking: archive and organize fitting photos and information, and track modifications made to styles throughout development; help prepare fittings (silhouettes, looks, accessories, visual supports).
• General studio support: prepare documents and boards for collection presentations and meetings, maintain creative and trend watch, and support the studio's day-to-day organization as needed.

Requirements:

• Final-year student at a fashion design school, available for a minimum 6-month internship.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is mandatory, including technical drawing execution.
• Strong attention to detail and rigor in following technical and creative briefs.
• Fluent English required; French professional proficiency is a plus given the Paris-based team.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working across parallel priorities in a creative, performance-driven environment.
