当社では、日本を拠点とするAPAC人事チームにて、リージョナル人事パートナーを募集しています。本ポジションは、ビジネスリーダーおよび社員に対する信頼できるパートナーとして、報酬・福利厚生(C&B)、給与関連業務、従業員リレーション、エンゲージメント施策、人材マネジメント、組織開発、人事オペレーションなど幅広い人事領域を担当します。事業部門や社内のステークホルダーと連携しながら、ビジネス目標に沿った人事ソリューションを提供し、社員が力を発揮できる魅力的な職場環境づくりを推進します。

応募資格(経験・学歴・スキル)

  • 日本語および英語で優れたコミュニケーション能力(口頭・文章)を有し、多様なメンバーやリモートチームと円滑に連携できること
  • HRBP、人事ジェネラリスト、または関連する人事職として5年以上の実務経験
  • 入社・退社手続き、報酬・福利厚生、給与関連業務、従業員対応、エンゲージメント施策などの人事業務経験
  • 日本の労働法および雇用関連法規に関する知識
  • 人事データを分析し、ビジネスリーダーへ提案・助言できる能力
  • 変化の速い環境において複数の業務を優先順位付けしながら推進できる能力
  • 高い対人スキルとステークホルダーマネジメント能力

主な業務内容

  • ビジネスリーダーおよび社員に対する人事面でのアドバイスおよびサポートを提供する
  • オンボーディング、パフォーマンスマネジメント、人材育成、異動・昇進、退職手続きなど、従業員ライフサイクル全般を支援する
  • 報酬・福利厚生業務をサポートし、給与改定、報酬レビュー、市場調査、福利厚生制度運営を推進する
  • 社内外の関係者と連携し、正確かつ期日通りの給与処理を支援する
  • 従業員対応、労務問題、ポリシー運用、職場課題の解決を支援する
  • 従業員エンゲージメント施策や表彰制度、社員体験向上プログラムを企画・推進する
  • 人員計画、組織設計、後継者計画、人材マネジメント施策を支援する
  • 人事データや指標を分析し、ビジネスリーダーへインサイトを提供する
  • 労働法、社内ポリシー、および人事手続きへの適切な準拠を確保する
  • APACおよびグローバル人事チームと連携し、人事施策やプロジェクトを推進する
  • 組織変更やビジネス変革に伴うチェンジマネジメント活動を支援する
  • 人事制度、福利厚生、雇用条件などに関する社員からの問い合わせ窓口として対応する

勤務時間

We are looking for a Regional HR Partner to join our APAC Human Resources Team in Japan. The role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, supporting a wide range of human resources activities including compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, employee engagement, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations. This role works closely with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver people solutions that align with business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive employee experience.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • The ability to communicate exceptionally well, both in writing and verbally in English and Japanese, including communicating with diverse, dispersed, and remote teams.
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience in a Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, or related HR role.
  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
  • A detail-oriented, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • A commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification is an advantage.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and employees, providing guidance on people-related matters.
  • Partner with managers to support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance management, employee development, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Support compensation and benefits processes including salary reviews, market benchmarking, annual compensation cycles, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate payroll activities with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Provide advice and support on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and employee experience activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Partner with regional and global HR teams to implement HR programs, policies, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support change management activities associated with organizational and business transformations.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR programs, policies, benefits, and employment-related questions.
