Revenue Operations
About the role
As our first dedicated Revenue Operations hire, you'll build the systems that connect Marketing, Sales, product usage, billing, and customer growth. You'll own the CRM, data, and workflows that help the team act on the right signals and trust its numbers.
This role is in person at our Presidio office in San Francisco, five days a week.
What you will own
- Own HubSpot architecture, funnel definitions, workflows, and data quality.
- Build reliable lead routing, account ownership, and customer handoffs.
- Run pipeline reporting and forecasting with revenue leadership.
- Connect sales and marketing activity with product usage, billing, and customer signals.
- Use Adapt, APIs, and automation to remove repetitive work while preserving permissions and human review.
About you
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or go-to-market systems.
- Deep experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including architecture, workflows, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with SQL, APIs, integrations, and automation.
- Experience supporting product-led, usage-based, or pilot-led sales and using AI to improve revenue workflows.

San Francisco base salary is $180,000-$220,000, based on role-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes equity and benefits.
